Selection Process
As part of the OICL AO recruitment 2017, candidates have to appear for Phase I examination in the month of October.Oriental Insurance Recruitment.Oriental Insurance Recruitment.Oriental Insurance Recruitment
Prelims: It consists of 3 sections for a total of 100 marks.
Oriental Insurance Recruitment
Candidates need to qualify in each test by securing passing/ cutoff marks, as decided by the company.Only those who qualify in the phase I exam will be shortlisted for the main examinations.Oriental Insurance Recruitment
Main Examination will consist of Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 30 marks.
The Descriptive Test of 30 minutes duration with 30 marks will be a Test of English Language (Letter Writing-10marks & Essay-20 marks). The descriptive test will be in English and will be conducted through on-line mode.
For each wrong answer in prelims and mains, 0.25 marks will be reduced as negative mark.
Candidates selected in phase II will get qualified for the interview stage, which is the interview.A merit list based on the performance of candidates would be prepared for final selection and appointments are made.
